Sounds
are in Softube Preset, vstpreset AND fxb format and cover a wide
variety of sounds. However, this is not a “bread and butter”
library. West Coast Synthesis is a different animal than your
standard fare. To get a good idea of the kinds of sounds you'll be

isn't for everybody. It was a labor of love for those into West Coast
Synthesis and shows off the power of the Buchla 259e, which is the
major showcase of this library as it is featured in every patch.
Demo contains a few of the 500
patches in the collection and was made with no external FX. Not even
a compressor or limiter on the output buss. This way you get to hear
the raw sound of each patch.
Every patch has mod wheel
modulation. Many of the patches also have a number of performance
controls. Use them. You will find that a good number of patches are
capable of producing hundreds of sounds alone. A lot of care went
into the creation of this library so that West Coast enthusiasts will
be pleased.
